- How do I find a specific booth?
- Click on the “Floor Plan” on the top menu.
On the right of that screen is a Key with all the booths.
If you hover your mouse cursor over a booth, the corresponding marker on the floor plan will light up to make finding it easier. Once you have found the booth you are looking for, either click “go here” to fast travel to the exhibition hall, or walk over to it. Get a better idea of what you can expect to find at a company booth here.

- How do I find someone?
- On the right of the screen are three tabs; Chat, Attendees & Companies and Direct messages. Click on “Attendees & Companies”, then click on the search bar and type the name of the person you are looking for. To the right of their name should be buttons for collecting their business card or opening a direct message chat
- How do I check if someone is online?
- In the “Attendees & Companies” tab on the right, the list of attendees will be divided into two sections with those who are online on top, and offline attendees below. Results from using the search filter will also be sorted into online and offline.
