  1. What information in my profile is visible to other people on the platform?
    • All the information that you fill in on your profile is visible to other people on the platform, aside from the email address and password you use to log into the platform. If you do not want to share certain information, do not provide it in your profile. We do not ask you to fill in any contact information on your profile, so this is also not available to other attendees.
  1. What information is on my digital business card?
    • All the information that you fill in on your profile is visible on your business card, aside from the email address and password you use to log into the platform. We do not ask you to add any contact information into your profile, so no contact information is visible on your digital business card. If you would like to share your email or phone number with other attendees, you will need to send this to them privately within the platform.

  1. How do I complete my profile?

  1. I am experiencing a problem with my profile picture
    • If you have already added or changed your profile picture using the steps in Account Management: Change your profile picture, but your profile picture is still not working:
    • Please only use .jpeg and .png format images
    • The image should be 128×128 pixels (square format)

  1. Is it possible to change my profile picture daily?

  1. Where do I find my business cards?
    • These can be found in your goodie bag! Please note that the information available on business cards is completely at the discretion of each attendee to decide for themselves.
